PMP vs CAPM — which should I take?
CAPM has no experience requirement and targets students / new PMs. PMP requires 36+ months of project leadership and 35 hours of education. Most professionals end up taking PMP.
How long are PMI certifications valid?
Three years for both PMP and CAPM. Renewal requires earning PDUs (Professional Development Units) and paying a renewal fee.
Does the app cover Agile and Hybrid?
Yes. The current PMP exam blends ~50% predictive, ~50% agile/hybrid. CAPM (post-2023 blueprint) also covers all three approaches.
Is StudyKits an authorized PMI training provider?
No. StudyKits is independent practice software. The official 35 contact hours required for PMP must come from a PMI Authorized Training Partner. We complement that training with practice questions.
